Everything was perfect and exactly what I would expect from a quality dealership. I had plenty of choice of colour to choose from and cc of the royal alloy model I was after. Lots of quality information and spec supplied by Richard along with an honest and genuine conversation. After I decided on my gorgeous GP 300 now nicknamed as Minty” Richard and his Team pulled out all the stops to make sure it was delivered to my door yesterday for me to take the first ride today before I go into hospital Sunday for major Op.. I am very fussy along with having OCD. I brought a scooter of them and at first I fought it was a nice legit company because they was being nice when I was buying the scooter and once I brought it they didn't want to know me so I went back there and the owner randomly told me to get of the premises when I said or did nothing just there to talk about booking my scooter in for a service and when I brought the scooter I was promised once I did the first 300 miles my first service would be for free but they charge me 130 when the service said on their website is 99 pounds and then I ring 2 other scooter companies to ask when I buy a brand new scooter do I have to pay for the first service once I done the first miles and they said you don't have to pay the first one it is for free and they said if this company is charging them for the first service for a brand new scooter they are ripping people off and I will get my money back because I feel so angry that I got treated this way
