Very poor standard of service. Dropped my laptop off to be looked at and serviced plus to look at upgrades. Told them there was an issue with the charging and had a module repaired previously. Paid the £38 to Gant it looked at. Went back a week later, - ‘there’s a problem with it charging and needs to be sent away to Manufacturers, not something we can do” - I’d told them this. Has it been defraged etc- no What upgrades are possible- we haven’t looked at that. Absolute waste of time and my money
