This is a greatly underestimated gym. It has equipment needed to get fit but the main thing about this gym is it’s ethos. Giving young people in particular, a focus and motivation to succeed in a positive way. The coach is fantastic with both adults and kids and supported by committed staff. Bring your kids hear, to learn self discipline in a friendly way and gain fitness and strength. Freelance teachers come in and teach Pilates and Yoga too. This is a community gym. It isn’t funded by large organisations and the staff are voluntary which shows commitment.
