I used David at Carley Daines when we were building our extension. I wanted a vaulted roof and the architect hadn’t put very much detail on the drawings. David came to site, started from scratch with a plan to give me exactly what I wanted it to look like. As I project managed the build myself and I am far from a builder, David explained everything in simple terms so I could fully understand what was needed and could make sure the bricklayer / steel guys and roofer did everything right. I would highly recommend David to anyone. Great service, value for money and a professional company.

Absolutely fantastic service. I went to Carley Daines (David Middleton) to discuss a structural problem with a floor in a ground floor apartment. This was a delicate issue which put a hold on a property sale. Despite this being a relatively small job, David handled everything exceptionally well and quickly.
