A very good service. The staff were very friendly. The only downside is the consultation fee. I was told this fee was £99 on the phone but I paid £110 when I was there. Also, I was not informed I had to pay extra for the x-ray & CT scan. Total cost was £170. I did not complain because I got good service from everyone including the dentist. My advice to patients is make sure to clarify the costs before any appointments.

I was referred to Dr Jose Zurdo, by my own dentist, for his specialist periodontal assessment and treatment before having replacement crowns. The plan was explained clearly giving me options without pressure to choose which procedure suited my situation. Being an extremely nervous patient I was treated sensitively not only by Dr Zurdo during periodontal surgery but also by his hygienist, Sheikha. The highly professional treatment I have received in preparing the foundation for my crowns has resulted in a smile I am proud of along with healthy oral hygiene. From the reassurance of the receptionists, Dr Zurdo, Sheikha and their assistants my fear of dental treatment has reduced greatly.

I have been to Carisbrooke DP this lunchtime for my 3 monthly Hygienist visit to see Sheika who kindly did my cleaning of my teeth & gums with the help of her colleague too. I have to say this is the best ever Hygiene Clean I have had for a very long time. So thank you Sheika I now look forward to seeing you on my next visit in August.

I highly recommend this practice. I was in a world of bother with my front tooth where it actually moved around in my mouth. I was referred to Dr Jose Zurdo and he sorted me out completely. I had the tooth removed, bone grafting and then a new tooth fitted. It's a long, expensive process but you get what you pay for. You pay a lot of money and you get fantastic results. Jose was great, clearly very good at his job, sorted everything out over the space of 11 months and now everything is great. Very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. I've actually had people say to me it looks like I've had all my teeth done he's done that good a job! Reception very professional and the hygienists I've seen there too also very good. It's not cheap but highly recommended for me if you need serious work doing on your teeth/gums.

Superb dental practice ! I am a Dentist and have also been a patient of DR Christina Ramao since 2015. The Receptionists are polite , the nurses are professional and I find DR Christina very friendly and knowledgeable ; I have always been happy with her work. Being a Dental Provider myself working in clinics across the East Midlands, I have no hesitation recommending Carisbrooke Dental to any of my patients requiring specialist care. They are willing to travel to the clinic and have also been satisfied with their results 😀

I have have been a patient at this practice for over 40 years and my children and husband attend too. I have found the level of expertise and professionalism to be first class. This practice is about oral health and providing the best care for their patients. It is not a practice that pushes cosmetic procedures (thank goodness). It is not cheap but you will be in excellent hands!

Great place, front end staff are nice, dentist Jeremy was nice, highly recommend, might need a sign to 'wait outfront of the premises until prompted' as I was abruptly stopped from entering while waiting at the buzzer in an inertia state. (They do send you notice in an email, but I check it once a week and it was 3 days prior)

Was very disappointed by service which i received from that practice. First disappointment was that dental practice decided to charge me day before my appointment (what is actually not correct and not acceptable to ask card details for client,) Fine, payed 80£, I expected at least 20 min service, consultation, clear information about everything what I’ve got in a current situation. As a result i came there in time, 5 min before my appointment, waited inside for 15 min(which is not acceptable according Covid 19 regulations)i got confirmation that i need to pull this teeth out because he can’t give me any guarantee that he can fix it, at the same time doctor tried to check other teeth(I don’t know how he did not discovered 3 additional holes) In a common consultation was 10 minutes, he did not asked me do i want any kind of medicine on my teeth, because i am still in pain, he did not manage my next appointment, he just decided to send me for a pulling in NHS dental clinic. But I discovered it few days later, when i called to receptionist again, before it was promised that they will call me back as soon as possible and inform me about doctors decision, as a result few days later i called by myself. Still can not understand for what i payed 80£.🤣🤦♀️Checked internet sources, as the result, any private practice they can charge you till 65£ per consultation, but not 80£. In official website no price list for treatments(at least gradation prices must be, i mean approximately prices) My first and last time, receptionist personal is rude not confident at all.
