Unfortunately, I could not get any coverage from the company. I had a small damage, but after they confirmation to compensate, they disappeared. There is no any VAT information in their web site and no any address or registration data. In my point of view this is tricky company and not fully legal. Their phone number is UK, but autoreply is in Arabic language. Be careful.
