The Director/Owner of this nursery Slavka Frain, is very devious and cares more about her failing establishment, more than the development/safety of the children. She constantly omits crucially information to parents and lies about it. She has no formal complaints procedures and doesn’t record important information including minuting meetings. She is unable to retain staff and the staff turnover is shocking. She hasn’t been able to find a manager or a deputy manager for over a year. The nursery is severely understaffed and at times there are 3 staff members including her looking after 12-14 toddlers. She will admit SEN children without having SEN trained staff members She is very deceitful and only cares about money. If you care anything about your children, DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE
