This company are horrendous at communication, often blaming the client for there lack of communication. Having said that the hands on members of the team are FANTASTIC and I would give them 10/10 however the top manager needs to tone down there aggression when speaking to a fully paid client, and think out the box. Recognising they have very uncertain times, there no need for aggression, especially as I’m diagnosed with some hearing loss due to this it may seem I’m shouting down the phone, it actually because I can’t hear. Too easy to make assumptions. Do what you do best CARE

On behalf of my late aunt Hazel Farmer I would like to thank all of the team who looked after her. They were all fantastic and treated my aunt with dignity and respect. The office went over and above to try and help me out when I was desperate and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. In todays times they put their lives on the line to help look after the vulnerable who otherwise would be destitute. Whilst every single member of the team was fantastic I would like to thank Karen who over the years was not only my aunts carer but became a friend and would do anything for her when she's finished her work, what a kind caring person. DO NOT USE this company for any vulnerable adults. I have seen the negligence, degradation and downright abuse they inflict on vulnerable adults and older people, and I know from direct communication with the carers t hemselves of the total lack of imterest or commitment in providing even just an adequate level of care, Sadly while most of the carers themselves are brilliant, they are treated so badly while the agency pockets half the hourly fee the council provides
