Great experience always! my partner missed his flight and british Airways cancelled the whole £1200 ticket! no refund, not even offered a seat on another flight, not even given the return section of the ticket should he be able to make his way to the UK via other means! but caribee tried their best to get us help and emailed us with updates. many thanks to them. the lesson here is don't fly with British Airways!!!

I have been using Caribbee (Travel Shop) since the 1990s. They have always given me great prices, and the best customer service, a stellar team that goes above and beyond for their customers. A team member that is outstanding is Edith. I was going through a bereavement and messed up my booking with BA. Edith fought my corner for over a year, and managed to resolve things on my behalf, and in my favour, I cannot thank her enough. I give the team 5 stars, I would give them more if I could.
