Poor service, poor response time and don’t care about customers. Didn’t receive a quote despite calling twice. A lady said sales people are on lunch call back, what kind of company does business like that. Called their competitors instead and got immediate quote and always someone’s available to speak to. Don’t bother with these guys. Thanks for your response to my review. I called on 21/02/2019 at 13.56.14 to be precise. And if your staff don’t remember then it’s an issue with their memory or someone is lying. Rather than being defensive and counter questioning customer, you should train your staff on improving customer service skills. Anyways all the previous reviews doesn’t speak of your company very highly either.

Really Poor Customer Service in Dubai. There is a new guy called Kevin for this region and he doesn’t have much knowledge of Dubai market hence can’t provide accurate information on a lot of things also the service is poor, called him twice to get a quote but didn’t send me a quote, there use to be another guy called Lester who was very knowledgable and had a good insight also provided excellent customer service every time. I would not recommend them to anyone.
