0 stars if I could for this shop! I bought a pair of shoes for my son and I asked if I could bring them back if not fit well and they said yes. My husband went back, we never used the shoes and we were accused we used them and brought them back! She couldn’t understand that these were brand new never used and she called her self a manager. Very rude. Will never go back to this shop and I don’t recommend it at all

Was so disappointed frist schuh shop I entered were staff just chatted together and didn't greet or ask customers if they wanted any help. Very disappointed as this is my favourite shop. Bluewater shuh shop always made me welcome and staff were extremely friendly. Had to leave a review as I was extremely disappointed by there service today. Schuh white rose you need to improve
