Not good at all, as a disabled volunteer I was bullied shouted at and treated awfully by Meader the chief officer. She locked me in her car shouting at me until a passer bye got me out of the car and I could call the police. Great volunteers awful management. Basically a vehicle to keep Meader’s own daughter another bully on a salary which drains the charity to the point of almost nothing. Take your cash and donations to a charity that is what it ses, there are three good ones in chandlers ford. Thank you
