I have been working for CarMax for maybe over 8months now. I've met alot of new people within my area, I work in and live in. I have a fantastic team, that is always supportive of each other. Working with caremax gives me flexibility to work within my daughter school hours which is perfect for me as I'm a loan parent. All client are like family to us. which makes work even more welcoming.

Loved the job but to much pressure on carers and management team made my mental health go really low. I was meant to do 16 to 20 hours a week and got 40 hours without even asking me. Only one member of management I could not fault. Not going to give names but most was rude. 2 of the management team did have a go at me in front of clients which was very unprofessional in my eyes.

I started working at Caremax 3 years ago as a carer. Everyone was very caring and supported me to fulfil my role to a very high standard. Management and the carers were absolurely amazing . I enjoyed working for Caremax so much and wanted to further my career. I was given the opportunity to progress to senior carer and Fieldcare Supervisor. The overall experience at Caremax has been very positive and I would recommend working for this company. The carers and management have a very good relationship and always supportive of each other.

Amazed by fantastic care staff we have, starting from carers , seniors and coordinator, always there to help our lovely clients, not just as their job but also supporting community, most of them are with us since beginning and are loyal and committed staff that every company can wish for. Steer clear of this company,they absolutely don't give a toss about there staff so I don't no what there care work standards are like,there management is very rude and expect there female staff to work in conditions were male customers are allowed to man handle there female staff" Shocking" what more is there ??
