I could probably take on every single employee in this company. Meet me out the back if you want a scrap!

It is of utmost importance to thoroughly review employee feedback, especially when entrusting the care of your elderly loved ones to individuals who are paid the bare minimum possible. These reviews can provide critical insights into the company's true nature. In fact, it was the employee reviews that played a pivotal role in dissuading me from signing up. Furthermore, it's crucial to note that when inquiring about the cost of your next renewal, the company's behavior becomes exceedingly uncomfortable and they may even resort to outright deception. It's been observed that they have a tendency to implement an annual increase of £15 unless you express your dissatisfaction.

Device works well support when the fob was lost in the garden or surrounding areas appalling my mother paid for the device upfront for the 2nd year somehow it came loose the operator was so unsympathetic and unhelpful he was rude generally the ladies in the phone when you call are lively but this one way back in April wasn't and therefor eis paying for a service she can't use as they wouldn't replace the fob. They have finally contacted me today but only as they want a renewal a renewal of what poor service no support in resuming service just interested in cost what no service nosupport

Ordered and paid for equipment for the year. After 6 months my husband had to go into hospital and then into a nursing home so no longer needed this machine. I returned it and asked for a refund for the time remaining but was informed it had to be returned in the first 30 days in order to receive a refund and that I should have read all the terms and conditions and would then have been aware of all the facts. I didn't know how quickly he would deteriorate and have to go into a nursing home so just signed the paper. The annoying thing was he only had to use the machine once for a medical emergency and on this occasion was told sorry there was no one on the other end of the phone who could give any medical advice which was the whole point of having the machine in the first place. To anyone considering using this system read the terms very carefully before signing as you could be paying for something you will not need. If you are researching these systems on line, you will find much cheaper alternatives and in a few cases free. As money is tight for a lot of people at the present time this could be an expensive choice if you have to cancel after a short period. Would I recommend this system, NO I'M AFRAID NOT.

The customer service is far from acceptable. I canceled my fathers service on the 24th November and was advised to return their alarm and cables when I received their prepaid returns note. However it took two calls to get this sent and they did NOT advise they would continue to take the annual payment on the 1st of December. Careline confirmed today they received the return on the 14th however the recorded delivery details confirm the 10th. I made a complaint on the 20th and again on the 21st. The first person I spoke to had no idea what they were doing and was very unhelpful. They put me through to "Reece" who was equally unhelpful and refused to pass me on to a manager. He kept repeating I wouldn't get a call from a manager and my refund would take 5 to10 days. When I pointed out it had already been 11 days from receipt of the return he was unable to confirm when I would get my money. To say he was unhelpful is an understatement. Apparently their accounts department don't start work until 10am!!

I have just received the renewal amount for my mums care alarm at £245. I called to query this and was told that it had risen by £10 due to inflation and they could take that off. I was then told they could only take it off at renewal next year as it would take 5 days to apply the discount and they have already applied to take the direct debit 5 days in advance so it couldn’t be done. Having checked the price for a new alarm it is considerably lower and when I asked if I could close this account down and start again, I was told that a new set up fee would apply again. So the price advertised is false! I asked to speak to a manager and was told that would also take 5 days. This company obviously work very slowly if everything takes 5 days! To say I’m very unsatisfied with this company is an understatement. It seems to me like they are praying on the older and vulnerable generation and hoping no one will question the renewals. I have also found. A discount code for £10 off which is valid until the end of October so was it really an inflation increase????

Fantastic service from first phone call to Sales Team to next day delivery of landline free Digital Alarm Unit (with additional fall detector facility.) Easy plug into the mains, wait 1 hour for emailed registration form with medical conditions & emergency contacts to be uploaded (although this can be done via post) then test the system - all worked perfect. This company also answer their telephones promptly and their staff are patient and very helpful, talking you through the options & providing reassurance when testing. I’ve already recommended this company to a member of staff at Age UK.

Beware this company. We took out a contract in March 2019 for my father as he was getting frail after reaching 100 years of age and because he recently had a fall during the night. We set up a DD and paid quarterly. We were provided two pendants one for my father and one for my mother. My father passed away in August of that year - so I rang the company and got it switched into my mother’s name. No one mentioned in that phone call that I was being charged for two pendants or asked that I return my father’s one. For the last 12 months my mother has not been left unattended at night and occasionally only for an hour or two during the day, so we decided to cancel our quarterly DD of £98.99 as it really wasn't worth the charge (we never had an emergency in all this time). Also, my mother did fall in the night a few months ago and the pendant did not register a call. Thankfully she wasn't hurt in the fall, and we were able to take care of it at the time - however it demonstrated that the pendants are not sensitive enough to falls (you literally must throw them to the ground to make them register!) - so you can't rely on them. After, we cancelled the DD they called me and asked for their equipment back including the pendant my father had. It was only then that we realised they had been charging us for two years and 3 months without drawing our attention to the fact we were paying extra for what they now call a 'spare'. Of course, we have no idea where my father’s pendant is now (it may have gone to the undertakers) and they want to charge us £110 on top of charging us extra for over two years. I pointed out their failures to highlight and bring this to our attention at the time and they just pointed us to their T & C’s. So my advice is don't deal with them - their equipment is hardly state of the art and the organisation is hard-line and uncompromising.
