So I was pretty sceptical seeing a career coach was going to help me... But I was definately suffering from mid-career uncertainty/indecision/lack of fulfillment... And reached out to Saskia, to see if she could help. The tl:dr summary is she absolutely did and it was fun every step of the way! The longer version! I worked with Saskia over a couple of months, using a mix of "homework" exercises tailored to my goals and 1:1 sessions exploring and talking through the "homework". So, firstly, the homework exercises are FUN!! You get out what you put in... Some things weren't surprising, I'm old enough to know myself pretty well...! But there were plenty of epiphany moments along the way. Secondly, when I first reached out to Saskia I wasn't really sure what my goals (for the career coaching) even WERE... I just felt unfulfilled. But that's the beauty of talking it through with someone independant, knowledgeable and wants to help, they can help you figure those goals out! So where am I right now? Not rushing to make any big changes, but already implemented lots of tweaks to my career based on the epiphany moments and feeling much more fulfilled as a result. Continuing to take small steps in the right direction... Working with Saskia was a fantastic experience, she's warm, friendly, fun and super knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond with little pointers for the homework, sharing interesting articles tailored to you... Highly, highly recommend!
