    Products were well showcased and staff were happy to show us how things worked. However the next day I went back with my Dad to purchase a range of different aids. We found the store manager to be insensitive regarding his condition and made other jokes and comments that were inappropriate. This made an already tough trip for my family even harder. Left the store feeling patronised and annoyed.
