I found CareCo online and decided to visit my local showroom in Romford. When I went I was amazed at how Kane Chaffey helped me. I was looking for a manual wheelchair and from the minute I went in to when I left, Kane was with me showing all the different models and how they function. He took the time to explain how to fold etc and was a great help. Definitely recommend him to newcomers and he's a credit to CareCo TB, Ilford

I have just taken my dad to purchase a better walking aid for him, as a stick is no longer enough to help him. We purchased the Comet rollator. The staff could not have been more friendly & helpful! There was one lady who helped initially & then Ann Middleton served us, & helped further! Such a great store with their customers’ care & comfort at the forefront!
