Sales lady Tina was excellent, explained everything fully and made us laugh on the way, she really lifted our mood. My dad had a stroke last year and has not been able to get out of the house without someone taking him, Tina sold us a scooter that had everything he needed, things we hadn’t thought about, Like a more comfy seat, arm rests for safety. I can’t rate Tina high enough, she is a credit to that disability shop, thanks Tina your brill xx

After visiting their website there were a couple of things I needed assurance about. I phoned my nearest branch, Newcastle, and spoke with Dawn who listened to me patiently, answered all my questions and explained they had one on site along with options I could also consider. A few days later I went to the showroom, saw Dawn, and after a trial, when I also checked my capability to lift it and put in my car, I ordered one. Throughout my phone call and visit I was listened to carefully and never once did I feel pressured. Their showroom is large, airy, and uncluttered and well worth a visit.
