My mother purchased a mobility scooter from Care and Co and had problems with it from the start. It was very unstable and she had 2 fall’s from it. She had call outs and had to pay each time. These scooters are not fit for purpose. The last fall she had was on Easter Saturday and she broke her hip. Mum never recovered and passed away yesterday. DO NOT put your elderly relative/loved one in one of these as they will be in danger!! Care and co don’t care they just want sales and will not help when their product goes wrong. I will take this to the small claims court for a refund and then on for compensation as they killed my beloved mum!!
