Went earlier today with my mum and met Jose. So nice to meet a sales person who is not forcing the sale. He was so down to earth and relaxed it made her feel at ease. He showed her flyer about extra warranty and when she said no he said "no problem " He didnt keep pushing which she commented on in car journey home and she really appreciated it. So nice to.not meet a pushy salesman Icing on the cake was he is a Liverpool fan 😉😉 Thanks Jose for keeping it simple and not complicated You deserve a pay rise 😉😂😂

We brought my father to Careco in Hayes after receiving a recommendation from another family member. We received excellent service from Jayne and we purchased a stroller. She guided us without putting on any pressure to buy. We were given lots of time to try out different models. The showroom is spacious and well set out. Excellent service.

We went to the Hayes Display Room. I found more than I was looking for! Firstly, Jayne had a clear idea of the type of scooter I needed. I had come in for a bigger one but on handling them I realised that I might be taking on too much. I looked at three. Jayne printed up the details, including insurance. I’ve taken these home so that I can consider the different options. One of the three has a USB port. Why don’t these come as standard? Surely, this adds a safety element? The service we experienced at CareCo was exceptional, not only from Jayne but the other assistants too. Thank you for the cup of tea! Edit: PLUS THINGAMY-JUG I bought a kettle that swings over so you can pour safely. My physio told me to get one of them, and lo and behold, CareCo has one.
