My 92 year old Aunt was keen to buy a stroller and we visited CareCo in Sompting where Chloe assisted us with the purchase. She was extremely helpful, patient, caring and understanding, not pushy and even when my Aunt said she would prefer the walker to be black Chloe even told us where we could look for one. However, after my Aunt going away went back to purchase the tartan one, not even bothering to go to the other outlets, much of which was due to the kindness and care of Chloe who is clearly an excellent sales person and hopefully valued by her employers.

We visited CareCo yesterday to purchase recliner chairs. We do like visiting this store very much, it's easy to get to, easy to get around and offers a wide variety of products. The staff were extremely helpful, polite and engaging. We were offered tea, coffee and cold water (on a very warm day) and were given all the information we needed to make a decision as well as leaving us the time and space to try out chairs for ourselves, without any undue pressure. We bought two chairs which met our requirements and are very happy about the delivery and on-going after-sales service. We are looking forward to installing the chairs in our home. Thank you.

We left with exactly what we wanted & little bit more, very happy with are purchase's. Came away happy & would rather travel to be serviced by Andrew & Vicky, rather than some of your other stores, that need to learn how to treat customers wonderfully by these two members of staff. Visited the Brighton branch of CareCo for the first time yesterday afternoon for some advice and information about mobility scooters and was very impressed by the inside space and the wide products range available. We were able to try out any models and we were given the star treatment by Andrew who, despite being new to the business had a very reassuring knowledge of the products, including how to dismantle some of the models for occasional car transportation. Hats off to the team at CareCo for allowing us time and giving us the space to to make our own choice of the best product overnight. We've now ordered it over the phone and wanted to share our experience from our first visit. We went to CareCo to try out the current Which recommended best buys which weren't available in our local mobility shop but after our experience we will be back soon. Highly recommend trying our these scooters because we found that the Which best buys weren't the best products for comfort, value or for our needs. Thank you Andrew and the team for helping us and being so patient and welcoming.
