Was trying to enjoy Sunday lunch with my family at the Wheatsheaf Toby Carvery when two loud women in Heritage Healthcare uniforms on the table next to us began shouting and swearing at the staff, saying they didn't want to pay for their food. I wouldn't have minded but my six year old daughter was very upset - I would suggest that in future these women change out of their work clothes before embarrassing themselves and damaging their company's reputation, and check whether young children are in earshot before they start using foul language. My husband nearly went up and said something but was stopped by the manager of the restaurant who apologised and got the Heritage Healthcare employees to leave. One of the women, an older lady with dark hair and glasses, claimed to run the company. If this is true I will be advising my friends to never do business with Heritage Healthcare. Very disappointing!
