I have used this dry cleaners many times for alterations and cleaning and they are always second to none. The last time I used them however they went above and far beyond! When a pair of trousers I had altered and needed for my holiday were not quite ready, they personally delivered them to my house that evening, so that I could take them with me! I can honestly say the wonderful staff here did not hesitate at extremely to steam my 4 very creased bridesmaids dresses. Then the following day (my daughter’s wedding day they removed foundation from her dress and steamed it to perfection. Customer service beyond excellent! Quality of service absolutely amazing. I used them recently for 5 or 6 pieces of clothing for dry cleaning. Sadly I didn't check them at shop, but at home. I was mortified to find huge hole on my Missoni top. There was large stain before and clearly they tried to clean it with something not appropriate for material. They didn't even bother to tell me about it, woman gave me all with smile, top concealed between others. Now, I didn't expect that stain will be successfuly removed, but still, they should acknowledge what happened. I don't recommend.

Having used dry cleaners in the past that I haven’t been particularly pleased with, I found Care Drycleaning on Google and decided to use them as they had good reviews. Their good reputation is undoubtedly well deserved. I had two dresses dry cleaned which were beautifully done and they allowed me to use my BlueLight for NHS discount. The staff were so friendly and it is refreshing to use a small business that cares. I will definitely be returning to them in the future.
