Even the structure of the dentist room is special, ie. the whole wall is translucent glass from ceiling to floor and wall to wall instead of bricks, so you are bathed in good natural light from the outside, therefore brain produces more serotonin, hence happy, more confident and not nervous.

NO PAIN DENTISTRY HAS ARRIVED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE Dr Bashar..what a TRULY wonderful 'PAIN FREE' dentist You are Sir !! I have just had two teeth extracted by Dr Bashar .I was bracing myself to expect a high degree of pain as usual , which has been my experience with ALL dentists for the past 50 years ! I was expecting the usual needle in the gums...Ouch !...But No !..what a surprise I got when Dr Bashar put a mask over my nose and then switched on the gas ...I sort of floated after that ! The needle is still used to deliver anaesthetic to the gums, but only after the nose gas has taken effect, so there is absolutely NO needle pain ! I remained awake all the time while Dr B went to work and literally dug out two broken teeth....It didn't matter.....THERE WAS NO PAIN AT ALL ! I expected pain later after the anesthetic wore off...but I took 2 ibrupofen every 5/6 hours , and after 2 days...there is still NO pain ! I am now looking forward to the final part of the Implant procedure !!!!!!!!!!
