    I worked at Care Avenues for 2 years and then left thinking I was going to a better job however this turned out to be a big mistake I have been back since October 2020 and have no regrets. The staff I work with welcomed me back with open arms and we work as a team. The carers that I have spoken too and worked with are always trying to do the best and within my role as Care Coordinator the service Users and family members that I come across are always so greatful for the support that is given and received

    Shocking company. Putting my mother under so much stress. Carers don’t turn up on time, staff working are rude on the phone. My grandma was waiting 4-5 hours for her lunch today. Considering my mother suffers from her own health conditions it was meant to help her yet it’s just providing more stress. Looking to move away from this company now. Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy!! How they are still a business is a beyond me. Don’t be fooled by the automated response they will give either. Nothing changes!

    The staff aren’t trained and chucked into the deep end with no fault of their own, the ladies do a great job once they know the individual needs. The office staff and managers are rude, just want the work and no care for staff. they will call a client and lie to cover their backs. The workers are over worked and under paid while the ones above sit back and enjoy a luxury life. The staff are spoken to rudely until they need a favour. Money making thieves to say the least
