Purched a collectable Jack Daniels guitar which was boxed up before I could look at it properly (came from the window display). Once home we noticed it had not come with the stand which should have been provided, and the guitar was faulty at the back. As we had travelled from London to Plymouth, it was impossible to take back to the shop so I phoned for advise. Anna the shop worker was harsh on the phone, she said we would have to bring the item back to the shop and that it did not have a stand (small google of the product proved she was wrong), I asked if we could post back due to the distance and she said NO!! Anna then began to raise her voice and would not listen to reason. Going to take this further but thought id give a shout out to the delightful Anna 🤬
