AVOID at all costs. Don't get swayed by the low prices, these people are incompetent and aren't really bothered about customer service at all. I placed my order of 2x 10packs of boxes on Monday morning. I called them up (11am) and they took £15 extra pounds for for "next day delivery" with a guarantee that as the order was placed before 2pm it would be dispatched the same day with delivery the next day. They only despatched the items on Wednesday (confirmed from the delivery courier as well), in 3 separate parts. Part 1 arrived on Thursday afternoon and were the WRONG boxes. Part 2 and 3 are yet to arrive and it's Friday afternoon now, and we are due to move tomorrow morning! I've had to spend 3x the money getting boxes locally. I've called them numerous times everyday since the order and they refused to give me any tracking information and kept stalling because they did not want to admit that they hadn't yet shipped the items. When asked about why there is a delay they responded "we've shipped them on Monday, the delivery company is delaying this, it's not our fault". ALL LIES. How come they are the only company in the world that tell the customers "we don't have tracking information, you will only get it from the delivery courier (Evri)"? - Anytime you ship anything both parties get tracking information right away. Obviously if you don't ship something you won't have tracking details to share and they have the cheek to LIE to the customer in their face and also prevent them from ordering from elsewhere giving them false hope that "you will get the items tomorrow" when they HAVEN"T EVEN SHIPPED THEM YET! -1,000 stars. Don't fall for this scam!!

Ordered over 4 thousand pounds worth of cardboard back in October 2022. Almost a year ago. they keep telling me they will deliver it and its just delayed. This is a confirmed scam, the will eventually close the company and start scamming people through a new company name. beware

This company is a scam, they are probably going through liquidation, they will take your money no matter how much the order value is and you will never ever see the money again. We are taking this company to court. None of the directors are ever available, I wonder if Emma (Customer Service) is actually the director (Alison)!! They will tell you their dispatch team (Non-existent) has advised you will receive the items in 2 days, you could be waiting a year and you will hear this every day! Worst company you can imagine, very poor customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone! You could be waiting for your products for months, company refusing to refund! This company is a SCAM, avoid at all cost!

Avoid at all costs, terrible quality and nasty customer service. I recieved four boxes that were damaged, and I was told that "We assure you that it is not faulty". You can judge for yourself if it's faulty or not. Instead of letting me return them, they want me to pay for shipping it back and pay an administration fee of 20% (minimum £10).

We had to make a claim for our refund through PayPal, because this company never sent our order. A waste of time waiting for our boxes and more energy to get a refund. The customer service are rude and will just hang up on you. Take the advice of so many reviews and find a better company to deal with.

Very dishonest company and I really wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I consider my money now lost, but will pursue a claim through PayPal as they took my money, but have never dispatched the order. I received a tracking link, but it does not show the order has dispatched.
