Taking my car out of winter storage. Not quite the controlled environment they claim. Called and shared with them the issue, was told its my fault and to clean it. If the carcoon was a "controlled environment", mold wouldn't have the opportunity to grow. The environment in the caroon was damp, there was condensation on the roof of the car. Would not recommend their products.

Hello - recently I purchased an indoor carcoon and rhe communication from the supplier was second to none and delivery was made as described and the quality of the unit was 100% - I was genuinely so impressed I have since purchased an outdoor unit and a Carcoon unit for my brother in law with the same results as above. contacted the company after ordering on line was told deliver would be 4weeks and money would only be taken before dispatch... and that was exactly what occurred. I was sceptical given some of the other reviews I have read but my experience was great and I would return as a customer again in the morning.

I honestly don’t know why this company bothers to even advertise. They do not answer emails, nor reply to messages left. Having tried to purchase from this company, I gave up and bought from elsewhere. This company does not deserve any business, particularly in the present economic climate where others are struggling. My suggestion to anyone looking for a car cover is to look elsewhere. Read the reviews on here and you will see the same response from many others, unfortunately I am unable to leave zero feedback, but that is all this company is worth. Thankfully my purchase from another company has been a totally different experience.

Purchased an outdoor carcoon over six years ago. Brilliant product but I’ve been trying to order replacement filters for two years now. They just never process the order and the one time I did enquire I received a curt response from Joyce. Which was of no help at all. Customer service is just non existent and at best poor. I was needing a second carcoon in the coming months but will 100% be trying InTheGarage for that item. High time the current owners of carcoon got out the way and step back from it while there is something left to salvage.

Purchased a carcoon 4 weeks, they are brilliant. Yes I see all the reviews and it is about stock issues and customer services. Dont let that distract you from such a brilliant product!! I rang today looking advice as the garage is 90% humidity levels. Insulated door will cost me 3k. This was a perfect solution and told to use a dehumidifier in the carcoon until at 50-55% and job done as the air circulates. I have saved a fortune!!

Absolutely shocking. Ordered a small EVO Carcoon through the website on the 4th of November 22, website showed stock and was promoting guaranteed Christmas delivery if ordered before 12th of December. Nearly 3 months later and the order still says 'pending' on the website. I've not had a confirmation email, I've sent multiple emails requesting information to their info@ email address with no response. I've tried calling but no answer on the phone. I have no idea when or if my order will arrive. I can't cancel my order through the website and I can't get hold of them to cancel my order.
