They do not respond to emails .Finally got contact by phoning landlords, this upset cc but only way to make contact. When I got parts they were rubbish, wish I have not chased them for 5 weeks. Parts are not suitable for model aircraft.I will not use again.

Do not order from this company. I ordered a carbon undercarriage which was showing as in stock for next day dispatch on 7th October and im still waiting. I tried contacting via email,web form and phone on numerous occasions with no response. Eventually i had to open a dispute with paypal and they didn't even respond to that. Thankfully i got a refund from paypal. I would class taking someone's money without giving anything in return as theft!! Save yourself weeks of waiting only to have nothing to show for it and order from somewhere else. For the record i had to give 1 star as there's no option to leave 0 stars.

VERY POOR!! Ordered my item on the 26th March and the item still hasn't arrived on the 7th April. I don't know even if it's been sent out or not? Can't contact them as I've tried via email/calling but can't get a response, won't be ordering again from them. Disgusting customer service!
