We have bought two new Bailey caravans from Caravan Tech in 2016 and in 2022. Despite supply challenges caused by the lockdown, we have been treated as valued customers throughout. But this review is really prompted by the excellent service afforded by John, Caravan Tech's mobile service engineer. On leaving a local caravan site earlier this week one of the tyres on the caravan blew out (pot hole - who knows?). Unable to change the wheel, we asked if John could attend. He was with us in 30 minutes and got us mobile again. He then arranged to get a new tyre and brought it back to our home and fitted it two days later. We would just like to put on record how impressed we are with the service we have received!

Maybe if I write this review they will drop a digit off the campervans. Popped in as I misread the price of a van on passing. Glad I don't have a Black Amex card here, I'd be mega tempted. Nice that the will allowing customers to browse without pressure. Nice to be nosey and consider what features I'd like.

Popped in today with various issues and questions and considered myself a bit of a pain in the backside but the staff were excellent, I had a question about a Whale pump as it was leaking and one member took it away, repaired and tested it all for nothing, I only wanted advice so was really appreciative, I just wished I got the name so I could post here. I also had an issue with a Milenco wheel lock and they were straight on the phone to Milenco and dealt with it really quickly. Was so impressed and pleased with the service I received I felt I had to post a review, I just wished I lived a bit closer as it would be so nice to have Caravan Tech on my doorstep. I would go out of my way to go back as I know I will receive good service and with a smile.
