I Waited for months for a thermocouple; when I chased them up they offered a refund! I DONT WANT A REFUND I WANT A THERMOCOUPLE! What a complete and utter waste of my time and money. You shouldn’t advertise things for sale if you are incapable of carrying out the contract. You should stock the product and not rely on DOMETIC!
