    Awful customer service, brought and paid for items, they didn't have one of the products and sent me an invoice with this item missing but I had paid for it at the time of the order so needed a refund, they ignored my emails and when they did respond they said we can't refund something we haven't put on the invoice...but I had paid for it!!! Arrogant responses from customer service team...wont use them again, just awful!! And I'm out of pocket!

    Their customer service is shocking. If your order is short (as mine was) they WILL NOT send you what you should have had but will force you to accept a refund. They told me "they don't have the facility to use a courier"! Appalling.
