Arrived in St Ives this afternoon and car in a complete state due to the incompetence of Harbour Hotel Fowey. Called this company and spoke to Jordan. Although he was unable to do anything mobile he offered if i took the car to him he will sort it and he did. Fantastic communication, stellar service and car looks like brand new again.
