Bought a car off Wayne on 23rd March last year but got a refund as the engine blew up. I then got a fine of the DVLA for having no road tax from the 1st to 23rd March despite not owning the car. I asked Wayne to pay the fine as i didn't own the car on that date but he is refusing to pay the fine.
