Came here to view a car. Unfortunately it wasn’t for us but the service was 10/10. The guys were happy to arrange a viewing out of opening hours and were even kind enough to pick us up and drop us back at the station. When we arrived they gave us the key and left us to inspect the vehicle alone and in our own time. if the car had been what we were looking for I would have been happy to buy from them for sure!

PLEASE DONT GO HERE It’s really unfair of them to sell the car to someone else for which we paid the deposit and went for an holiday. When we came back and call them ON OUR DELIVERY DATE they said the car is already sold because we didn’t pick up the call when they tried calling us for 10times (which is very lame because why shouldn’t I?) this is not how someone should do the business. And yeah they gave us back our deposit but only after 48hours and so many follow ups. We had so many plans it was really really disappointing and we applied insurance which we had to cancel it now and we bought so many other things for the car around 200 pounds which we have no idea what yo do with it now Thank you car smart for this horrible experience.

I strongly recommend no one uses this place. I Wouldn’t even give these con artists one star, sold me a car and within 30 days of purchase one of the rear brake calliper seized while driving which caused £1400 worth of damage, when I informed the dealer he became aggressive and refused to pay towards the repairs, his only answer was he believed he could repair it for less than £300 (completely untrue) because of this I am now £1400 out of pocket, disgusting company.

Hello Everyone, I hope you take the time to read this review and you find it inspiring / assuring. I have had the pleasure of dealing with carsmart for my new Audi A5 black edition this week. Where do I start… Firstly, about me, I am a tough customer. with high expectations and thoroughly inspect cars to a deep level prior to purchase, this includes in depth ECU checks, serial number and chassis checks on top of the usual bodywork inspection / test drive etc. Most used car dealers I have dealt with in the past don’t particular like this as they generally have something to hide and just don’t want any work, just a quick sale and would sell their family members to get it... Maz handled my car sale at Carsmart, what can I say. He has been a true man to his word! Every reasonable minor detail I picked up (bearing in mind this is a used car) was rectified promptly and without question. My queries were dealt with promptly. On collection the car was prepared to ‘as new’ standard, the staff here clearly know what they are doing as this was ‘detailed’ to a very good standard (I detail my own cars) and not basic preparation like most garages. I was a cash buyer and the whole transaction from start to finish was painless, the price was already very keen and the car when collected was in showroom condition. The same day the vehicle was at my local Audi Dealership as I was purchasing some accessories for it and a salesman I know there gave it a good once over during conversation and even he found the vehicle to be very high standard. I have since detailed the car myself to get up close and personal with the car at every level as I keep thinking this car is ‘too good to be true’ but no. What can I say…. The car is straight, true and beautifully prepared. I can honestly say that carsmart is a ‘breath of fresh air’. The staff I cannot recommend enough. So, if you want true peace of mind and a first-rate experience look no further. In future I will be going directly to these guys for them to source my cars.

Do not buy a car from these, i bought a BMW with 11 months MOT, i drove it for a 1000 miles, tyre's were rubbing the arches, he said the car has a dodgy MOT, reason for this It was missing a spot light on the front, wrong size tyres. Needs a new water pump, MAF sensor, new plugs, Sceen washer didn't work, needed new dics pads and claipers on rear, has a buckled wheel. Cost me £400 tyres £900 sensor and pump £500 discs, pads calipers £50 washer £120 plugs Spot light £100 Having them investigated
