An absolute disgrace!! Came here to drop my wife off so she could pick her rental car up. Zero parking/drop off..I was told by extremely rude staff that I would have to pay to park in T1 and get the bus (-just so I could drop off my wife!)— makes no sense!! Zero empathy and zero concern given but woman with very short crew cut blonde hair - if you run into her don’t expect a smile, just expect rudeness. Will definitely not be using this again!

Arrived there about 9pm and had no problem picking up the car. Wished we did have someone go over the car with us.. as didn't know how to use everything. But apart from that no problem picking up and dropping off in Scotland Edinburgh
