Excellent service Julyan was incredibly helpful, polite and knowledgeable. The process was easy and I would definitely recommend using the company Updating this review to say what fantastic aftersales customer service, I was unlucky enough to have an issue with my car, but they were great and dealt with it so well, my car couldn't be saved, but I now have a nice new car to replace it and everyone was so helpful and lovely and made the process so much more pain free than it could have been. Shout out to Debbie, Michael, Riz, Jayden, Julyan, Caroline, Mat and Sal (hope I've not forgotten anyone) for all your help really appreciated.

So just when you think they can’t stoop any lower !!! Salvatore has told me the only way I can get my money back for my car is to take them to court ?? He thinks I haven’t got a leg to stand on apparently !! So after agreeing 14k to buy a bmw I have No money and No car to show for it ??? Thank you Car Planet !!!!! Do not under any circumstance buy a car from this company !!! I purchased a BMW from them recently. Leaked like a sieve from the start. Footwell was soaked after using the car wash !! Instructed to go and get the problem sorted’ Under Warranty !! In confidence I took it to the local dealership to get the issue sorted. The issue then arose when Carplanet then refused to pay the bill. Leaving me out of pocket and No car after 2 weeks !! My car is still impounded at the garage awaiting payment !!! The whole experience has left me depressed full of anxiety and furious with rage !! The single worst garage I’ve ever had the displeasure dealing with !!! To think they brag about their 100 point inspection is completely laughable !! Now they aren’t responding to my emails or calls ? Honestly AVOID AVOID AVOID ! Might have to start legal proceedings in order to get the car that I’m paying for out the garage now So if you want to buy a car where your warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on from the most disloyal morally bankrupt people in the U.K then be my guest !!!!!!
