Very friendly and polite staff . BUT, I put £500 deposit on an Audi A4 that I thought would pull my caravan. I then discovered this model was not powerful enough to do so. I informed them of this and they said it was my fault (which it probably was), I'm a 75 OAP and this was to be my last car. It was only a matter of days so I asked for a refund, they said no, but did refund me £100.. The deposit was to prepare the car , but as I never had it, surely it was all set for the next customer? The car was sold a few days after this. My point is all that glitters isn't always gold. I realy wanted this car and very disappointed not to have it. If the sale had gone through I would say for politeness etc 5 stars, but after sales 0 stars. Stephen Bailey.

This was my best experience with any car sales garage ever. Reece was amazing. Helped me sort out the service history of the car I was trading in when he could’ve just left it and knocked me down on price instead. The handover was incredible, they treated the car we were buying as if it was brand new and I’ll definitely be back here for every car I buy from now on

What a garage! 5 stars. Excellent. Mainly Paul dealt with selling me an Audi Q3. After bad experiences with other garages I’m very cautious when deciding who I give my money to. People buy from people and Paul gave me the trust & confidence and I decided to purchase the car with no hesitation. The other colleagues were really helpful and informative when it came to advice regarding part exchanging my car. I had a very minor hiccup with the Audi, they reviewed and rectified the car immediately. You’ll be in safe hands when buying a car from this garage.
