Having had many issues with previous dealers and cars (one being recent) I decided to stop focusing all my time and sanity on looking for a decent reputable garage and car .. but come across car insta. I noticed they 'vehicle sourced' as they didnt have a car in stock and within what i could afford so I filled out the form and John got back to me the following day.(I done the form after closing the day before on their website) My budget was a bit 'under par' to what they usually work with but John was fantastic and sourced me a Ford Grand Cmax within what I could afford! They made sure the car had all works done, fresh MOT, service and showed me the inspection report and the works they done to the car. I'm back in a few days to pick up the accessories the car didn't have (parcel shelf etc) which many carcompanies don't even bother about the finer details. John really went above and beyond for what I expected. I'm at complete ease that the car is solid mechanically and the condition is amazing! Im so thankful to you john. I really really recommend car insta!

Was looking for an ideal spec Altea, only 5 suitable nationwide, but live in Nottingham and unable to travel. Only Car Insta had nearly all 5 star reviews, so opted to enquire about the car even though it was by no means the cheapest. Agreed a deal and car was duly delivered the following week. After some time, a couple of faults were discovered which only became apparent after using the car for some time, which may easily have been missed by the garage checks. Both these faults were not cheap to rectify, and many dealers of lesser standing would have argued and avoid paying, as because of the distance involved, had to be repaired locally. After a few phone calls, an agreement was reached. I found John to conduct his business with professionalism, trustworthiness and integrity, as he ensures the company keeps its good name and customer satisfaction. I would have no qualms buying a car unseen from him in the future.
