So impressed with Car Hunters, I've bought a fair few cars in my 30 years of driving and my experience with Stu from Car Hunters was by far the most helpful and professional service I have ever experienced. When I went to pick the car up, the whole team were looking after me and very friendly. I drove 2.5 hours to pick my car up because they made me feel very comfortable about their integrity and customer approach. Location is out the way, but it's a lovely drive home in your new car

At first I was worried about buying a car without viewing first but James reassured me with detailed videos of the car and set up the finance quickly. I've just bought a used Peugeot 3008 from Car Hunters. I dealt with James the whole way through. Before purchasing the vehicle I paid for an inspection report through Carexamers (also highly recommended) and Car Hunters immediately attended to all the items that were raised without a fuss. When one sensor error could not be resolved, they extended my warranty from 3 to 6 months. I'm happy both with the car and with their service and would recommend them.

Can't complain. I reserved a car - as you should do if you're driving 3 hours to see a car. That was straight forward enough, nice and simple and only £100 isn't too bad. I made a bit of a downgrade in the name of practicality, but needs must. Made the drive down in my BMW with the dog in the back, who was crying all the way, poor boy. Stuart was friendly and approachable, he showed me a field to take the dog through before seeing the car and signing the paperwork. Part-ex was straight forward too and I had the remaining balance transferred to my account within about 20 minutes. Nice coffee while I waited and everyone was attentive and helpful, and I'm sure the dog didn't mind the attention either. Took a long drive home with the dog who didn't make a sound the entire trip, safe to say he loves his new car. Well worth the drive down. I get the impression these guys are as reputable and trustworthy as they come, can't recommend enough. Thanks for the help guys!

On Friday 3rd Jan at 17.30 I rang and booked an appointment to view a car the following day at 12.00. I told them that I was over two hours away from them. Half an hour before my appointment they rang me to say they had sold the car. At this point I had driven almost 100 miles and was only minutes away. Why make customers book an appointment if your just going to sell the car from under them. Very disappointed with them.
