I purchased a stick on glass from this company and paid for next day delivery to make sure I received it in time for my MOT. It arrived next day, but it was for a completely different car. After several attempts I finally managed to get through to someone. I have been told that I will receive a full refund - Once I receive it I will update this review.

I ordered a replacement mirror assembly for my Fiat Ducato Motor-home. It was delivered the next day as promised by DPD. unfortunately there was an internal electrical fault (not the Car door mirror's fault.) I called them explained the fault and a replacement was sent and arrived the next day again with DPD. Fitted and no issues with the replacement. I also received a return label to send the faulty mirror back. Great customer service.
