DO NOT USE - WORST COMPANY EVER do not use ever!!!! body panels arrived broken, bumper was destroyed and company was absolutely horrible and rude said i don’t have proof of delivery date even tho i do not pleased at all, wouldn’t put me in contact with management having to try get a claim through the bank, now over 160 quid out of my pocket

My order was placed on 01 Oct 2020. Many emails and attempted phone calls later and I have heard absolutely nothing back whatsoever. They're proving uncontactable and unresponsive by telephone, email and web chat, leaving no option now but to seek remedy.

Ordered a sill skin from this company . Seemed to be taking a long time for delivery , so I sent an e -mail to find out why . I had read reviews / feedback saying they do not reply to e-mails and are difficult to contact so wasn't very hopeful , but in the time it took me to shut down the laptop and walk out to my shed they phoned me , explained the problem and offered me a full sill instead to get me out of trouble . Arrived the following day , well packed and without damage . Impressed with the customer service , would have no hesitation in using them again and I will now take reviews / feedback with a pinch of salt .

Ordered sills for my Mercedes Vito. Prompt delivery. The welder said the sills were wrong, gave them a call and they confirmed that it was the welder who was wrong. The same welder also said I needed further parts and then changed his mind. A full refund for the ordered parts was issued. I will be using in the future and would definitely recommend them.
