What a service. Spoke to dave about a kia sportage lcd screen not working. Sent out to him and received it back within a week like brand new again. My customer was absolutely over the moon as kia wanted £1500 to sort it but wouldn't say what the fault was. Spoke to dave and he knew exactly what the problem was and sorted it for less than a 1/3 of what kia wanted. Highly recommend to anybody and will definitely be using him again. Dave replied to my query on a broken disc mechanism on my car stereo/satnav within 24 hours. He gave me a price straight off when others wouldn’t commit and turned it round the same day from when he got it via post. All in all within 48 hrs it was back in my car in full working order. Plus was a fraction of what the dealer tried to sell me for a replacement unit. Dave was great on communication, sending me pictures of it working from his shop. All in all top top work and great service. Highly recommend.

Although I haven't used their service yet, I emailed audio medics for some information about a unit I had in a van. Audio medics was the only company out of many that replied with some extremely helpful information. If I ever needed their service for work to be done, I would use them as they seem very competent and knowledgeable about what they do.
