Their sub cabling is clean, organised and inconspicuous. They did a great job with my brand new car and also my previous car. Billy is knowledgeable and competent. I've never seen any one of them smile before, but I guess they simply please people with their sheer efficiency in getting the job done to a high standard. For no reason that I can imagine, the older guy has been quite curt and impatient when speaking to me, almost annoyed. This has happened on my last two visits. The man needs to drop whatever that is because it's bad for business.

Called and emailed seeking advice, assistance and price to get Apple Play in my car. Got neither. Just ignored. 👎🏽 customer service over the phone and email needs to improve. Took my money and car elsewhere. I can assure everybody that my last 3 emails were ignored and I subsequently took my car to another local service who COULD fit Apple car play to my vehicle. So I’ll echo others on here… they are not too educated on this field of work.

I took my bmw e90 2006 model which had disconnection problems with the stereo, Billy found the problem which was a missing clip behind the system which he had to remove and he actually made a new clip himself and welded it together. Everything works perfectly now, Thanks Billy 👊
