My experience has been awful. We were sold a car which was advertised with some small cosmetic damage (a scratch). Bought the car as the reviews sounded positive so it made us trust the dealer more than what we should have. Drove the car back over 130 miles and noticed, on the motorway, that the brakes weren't working as they should have been. Had the car checked out by a garage who let us know the car will costs 1000's (didn't even give us a quote as not worth it) to make road worthy and recommended sending it back and that any reputable dealer should collect it due to not being safe to drive. Car failed its MOT. I informed Car Adviser about this and they refused to collect the car. I was under the impression that they had to collect the car due to not being safe to drive and sold under false pretences. I had to pay over 300 pound to get the car towed back to the dealership and they refused to even pay half. I have two children under 3 who were suppose to be driven in this car and the dealership were aware of this when I purchased the car. I think its awful they would be comfortable knowing that I was going to put my kids in this. AVOID if you have children and care about safety.

I can't say enough how brilliant Keenan was. I'd always had a Mini and when my parents passed away I had a Clubman. I decided it was too big and made the huge error of buying a Fiat 500. Oh my life anyway I was browsing on Keenan's website and came across this amazing Mini Cooper S. The rest is history. I went to see it test drove it and collected it the next day. Keenan was great the process was simple and he made me feel like a princess. Thank you so much .

I part exchanged my car at Car Adviser Ltd & got a fabulous car, however due to personal reasons I got back my original car to which was the worse thing l have done, in hindsight I should had thought the process through as l now know that I made a poor decisions just out of spite. I cannot fault Keenan & the team as they were professional, polite & are quite knowledgeable, l would not hesitate to buy another car from this company, keep up the good work. Mark
