Having worked for this company for a considerable amount of time, I have seen the business change in many ways and from my view, its only got better and this is by the company actually listening to its employees and taking action don't get me wrong, Captec has it flaws but I have never had a job that doesn't ! if I decided to go back into the computer industry, I would most currently approach Captec to see what positions are/would be available I would recommend Captec to friends and family (in fact I have done on several occasions) and at the time of writing this review, they are still working at Captec within the operations team
