At the start of 2020 I passed on the street next to a leaflet inviting for capoeira classes with Capoeira CDO Edinburgh. I have never done capoeira before that but I always thought it would be a great fitness challenge as well as just pure fun. What I experienced not only meet but significantly exceeded my expectations! Capoeira CDO Edinburgh it's a perfect place for anyone - whether you are keen to embark on new sports journey or you are a returning/practicing capoerista, as there all weekly classes designed for different levels of experience. In a package with great and fun movement training you also can experience a very welcoming and warm community with the best teachers ever! If you thought about trying Capoeira for even a split second I would tell you to just come and see for yourself how great it is!

The quality of teaching is extraordinary but what I love about CDO Scotland is the people! What an amazing community of people!!! Joined six years ago and that was definitely the best six years of capoeira in my life! The group is growing having new classes across Edinburgh that includes adults, kids and family sessions.
