Great classes and great vibes. Doesn't really matter if it's your first time playing capoeira or if you have years of experience you will find your place here. And if you are one of those who thinks "I can't do this, I have 0 flexibility". Well, I can tell you that in less than a year, I went from not touching my toes to doing cartwheels. But do not take my word for it, come meet us and see/try for yourself :)

I started training with Bem-vindo a year ago and it has really been the most wonderful year! Our teacher Paulinha brings her inspiring energy and wealth of knowledge to the classes, which she tailors to the level of her students. Each lesson we train different sequences, movements and techniques in order to improve our game. The classes are multifaceted, focusing not only on the physical aspect of capoeira, but Paulinha also places an important emphasis on the music and songs of this beautiful artform. I have tried quite a few different Capoeira groups, but this is by far one of the most friendly and welcoming ones I have been to. I guarantee you will leave Paulinha's class with a smile on your face and buzzing with energy. I am so delighted and honoured to be a part of the friendly and inclusive Bem-vindo family! Thank you!
