    After coming back from training Capoeira in Brazil for 6 months, I was a bit worried that I wouldn't be able to find quality Capoeira in London. Having come here to Senzala at the beginning of this year however, my worries were banished! Mestre Sanhaço is an excellent teacher who is kind, knowledgeable, funny, serious and playful all at the same time. The other students are very welcoming and friendly, and having been a part of Parkour circles, BJJ, Muay Thai and other movement practices, I have never come across as wonderful a community as this one. Whether you're a beginner interested in trying the art, or an experienced Capoerista, Senzala London I believe will offer you more than you could hope for. Much Love!
