From the initial viewing, the knowledge and honesty presented by Diana... all the way to the same property being exchanged and completed (massive props to Ellie) the process was the smoothest we could have asked for. The openness, availability and communication from Diana and Ellie specifically was amazing and massively assisted in us purchasing our dream home. When we were initially looking at properties and starting looking around the Loughton and Buckhurst Hill area we started to see A LOT of Caplen's boards at properties and now we completely understand why everyone seems to use them.
